NEWLYWED Alicia Vikander has stepped out for the first time after tying the knot with Michael Fassbender.
Stunning actress Alicia, 29, married 40-year-old Michael earlier this month during a lavish ceremony in Ibiza, surrounded by their family and friends.
They later jetted off to Italy for a romantic honeymoon, where they enjoyed plenty of intimate dinners and sightseeing trips.
But it’s now back to business for the couple, who have since flown home to the States.
On Thursday evening, Tomb Raider star Alicia made her first red carpet appearance as a married woman when she stepped out in New York.
The star was snapped arriving at an exclusive exhibition, held by designer Louis Vuitton, and she made sure to flash her wedding ring.
Wearing a tailored patterned jacket with dipped hem, Alicia posed for a series of photos with Louis Vuitton’s creative director, Nicolas Ghesquière.
She teamed her jacket with a white vest and black skinny trousers, accessorising with a handbag from the fashion house.
Alicia wore her hair in a centre parting and kept her make-up natural and minimal.
Prometheus star Michael and Alicia met on the set of romantic period movie The Light Between Oceans, which began filming in 2014.
They’ve kept very private about their romance and Michael only confirmed it last year in an interview, saying: “It just happened.
“It’s good that it happened. It is what it is.”
Prior to their wedding, Michael and Alicia made sure to keep the details tightly guarded.
It was, however, revealed that Michael had paid for the entire wedding party to stay at a five-star resort on the Spanish isle of Ibiza.
